Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We understand that your products may not always work out for everyone's adventures! We provide returns for US orders within 30 days of purchase.
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We do not accept returns or refunds to Parcels that are lost in transit.
Salazons will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
What is your exchange policy?
If you prefer items in another color, or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order on salazons.com. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for a $5 restocking fee per item unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
My package says it was delivered but I didn't receive it yet! What happened?

How long will it take for me to get my order?
All orders are fulfilled by a variety of shipping carriers, depending on your location. The time it takes for your order to be delivered depends on which shipping option you select during check out. We currently offer four different shipping options for our customers:

I received one of my products but haven't received the other yet.
Please note that multi-product purchases may ship in multiple packages as they are fulfilled by warehouses across the United States. You'll definitely receive everything, it may just come in several boxes!

Our team replies to all messages within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us, please be sure to check your spam folder, or any filtered emails as sometimes our responses may end up there. We can assure you we're always here to help and never ignore our customers!
Where is your company based and where are your products made?
All of our products are tactfully designed in the United States and manufactured in China. We ship all of our products from local warehouses across the United States and our entire team is based in California!
I have a 25% discount code. Where do I input my code to see my discount?
Please make sure to subscribe to our Newsletter with your email to receive unlimited Discounts and more Offers If you received a discount code enter it at the checkout page and it will be applied with your order, and enter your email to get the latest on sales, new releases, unlimited discounts and more... Once you've entered that information, you can see what you've won!
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for discount codes, refunds, or exchanges.
Can I opt in to a promotion or sale that started after I made my purchase?
If you placed your order within 24 hours of the start/end of a promotional window, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly apply the promotion. This is based on availability and not always guaranteed.
What is your "Adventure Guarantee"?
If we offer warranty to certain products our customers will help if you find that you run into any issues with your gear (something isn't working right, etc.). Please reach out to us at email@example.com with photos so that we can better assist you; our Customer Service team will be happy to work with you and/or ship out replacement gear or accessories if needed!
